Volleyball Recap: Central Cabarrus Falls to Concord in First Game of Season

Central Cabarrus had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Concord Spiders, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Vikings have suffered against the Spiders since September 19, 2022.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-16.

Looking ahead, Central Cabarrus will venture away from home to challenge North Mecklenburg at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Concord, they will take on Forest Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
