Volleyball Recap: Glenwood Springs Comes Up Short

The Glenwood Springs Demons fell just short of the Battle Mountain Huskies by a score of 2-1. The Demons have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Glenwood Springs started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-18, 17-15.

Grace Sims paced Glenwood Springs' offense, picking up 11 kills. Sims got some help from Emory Walter and her 17 assists. Gianna Zambrano controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
