Basketball Recap: Erie-Mason Takes a Loss

If Erie-Mason was feeling good fresh off their 67-33 takedown of Britton Deerfield last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Erie-Mason Eagles fell just short of the Lenawee Christian Cougars by a score of 41-38 on Tuesday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Erie-Mason's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Lenawee Christian, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Erie-Mason will head out to face off against Whiteford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lenawee Christian has already played their next match (against Sand Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
