On Tuesday, Howard faced Glasgow in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Howard Wildcats walked away with a 67-56 victory over the Glasgow Dragons. The win was familiar territory for the Wildcats who have now won six games in a row.

Howard got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nick Baysah out in front who went 7 for 11 on his way to 22 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryson Lane, who posted 19 points and eight boards.

Howard smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive rebounds in three consecutive contests.

Several Dragons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Emanuel Harris, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds. Justin Caesar was another key player, going 5 of 8 en route to 12 points and five boards.

Howard's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. As for Glasgow, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.

Howard didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-56 victory against Dickinson on the 16th. As for Glasgow, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 72-40 win against DuPont on the 16th.
