After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Terrebonne, Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 17-1 margin over Jefferson RISE Charter. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won eight contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy got a massive performance out of Eden Randall, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. What's more, Randall posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in March. Another player making a difference was Adeline Alcantar, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .792. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Jefferson RISE Charter, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.
