Basketball Recap: Clark Emly Key Part of Team Effort in SONS Win

There's no place like home for Anderson HomeSchool, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 52-43 win over the North Missouri HomeSchool Knights on Monday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anderson HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Clark Emly, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Emly a new career-high in assists (eight). Kailani McCloud was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 15 points and nine boards.

Anderson HomeSchool was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They are 17-6 when they've passed the ball that well.

Anderson HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 19-15. As for North Missouri HomeSchool, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Anderson HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 52-45 win against Lake Houston HomeSchool on the 11th. North Missouri HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
