Softball Recap: Belle Chasse's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

If Belle Chasse was feeling good fresh off their 15-0 takedown of South Plaquemines last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cardinals took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Riverside Academy Rebels on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cardinals of the 5-4 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2020.
