Bartow won the last time they faced George Jenkins and things went their way on Wednesday too. Bartow put the hurt on George Jenkins with a sharp 9-2 victory. Considering the Yellow Jackets have won eight matchups by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Brooklyn Tyson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on six hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Niamah Johnson, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February.

Bartow is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. George Jenkins' loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
