Webster Groves's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They breezed by the Hazelwood Central Hawks to the tune of 67-40. The Statesmen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 21 points or more this season.

Webster Groves has also been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Hazelwood Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7.

Webster Groves and Hazelwood Central could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings.
