Boaz entered their tilt with Glencoe on Monday with ten consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 11. They put the hurt on the Yellowjackets with a sharp 15-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Boaz pushed their record up to 27-7-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Glencoe, their loss dropped their record down to 7-18.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boaz will welcome Arab at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glencoe, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Pleasant Valley at 5:00 p.m. The Raiders' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Yellowjackets' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
