Basketball Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short

If Cascade was riding high fresh off their 59-17 takedown of Manson on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Kodiaks lost 58-33 to the Waterville Shockers on Saturday. The Kodiaks were not able to make up for their loss to the Shockers from their previous meeting back in February.

Cascade now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Waterville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Cascade will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Omak at 5:45 p.m. The contest will give the Kodiaks their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Waterville, they are taking a road trip to square off against Pateros at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
