Volleyball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central lost against Metro Tech back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bobcats came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. The Bobcats' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Metro Tech, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will take on Goldwater at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Bobcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Metro Tech, they will face off against Glendale at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Knights are facing the Cardinals at the right time seeing as the Cardinals are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
