Softball Recap: Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Mt. Vernon/Plankinton on Friday, Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy came back down to earth. Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy lost 11-3 to the Hanson Beavers on Friday. Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for Hanson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy will venture away from home to take on Beresford at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hanson, they will welcome Scotland/Menno at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
