Softball Recap: Cloverleaf Takes a Loss

The Cloverleaf Colts came up short against the Grayslake North Knights on Monday, falling 11-1.

Cloverleaf saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alyson Croft, who went 1-for-2 with one home run. Aubrey Willig was another, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Cloverleaf's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Grayslake North, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Cloverleaf will face off against Menasha at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. As for Grayslake North, they will take on Arcadia at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
