Basketball Recap: Shady Spring Takes a Loss

Shady Spring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 86-41 loss at the hands of the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles. The Tigers lost against the Flying Eagles in their previous head to head back in January of 2016, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 50-29 score last time.

Shady Spring's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Woodrow Wilson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Shady Spring will venture away from home to face off against Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodrow Wilson, they will be home for the holidays to greet Greenbrier East at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
