Palmview had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.4 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They never let the Roma Gladiators get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. That's two games straight that the Lobos have won by exactly two runs.

Not much got past Joseph Martinez, who gave up just a hit and racked up 11 Ks to keep Roma off the board. Martinez has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Palmview hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in five consecutive contests.
