Soccer Recap: Century Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Century was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Wood River Wolverines, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Century can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Idaho soccer rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while Wood River are ranked fourth).

Century's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-2. As for Wood River, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 11-0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Century will face off against Idaho Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wood River, they will venture away from home to face off against Twin Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Twin Falls' last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
