Volleyball Game Preview: Charleston Collegiate Sundevils vs. Porter-Gaud Cyclones

The Charleston Collegiate Sundevils will take on the Porter-Gaud Cyclones at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Wednesday, Charleston Collegiate came up short against Cross and fell 3-1. The Sundevils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Charleston Collegiate started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Porter-Gaud came tearing into Tuesday's match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Panthers 3-0. The Cyclones not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 24th (when they won 3-0).

Charleston Collegiate now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Porter-Gaud, their victory bumped their record up to 16-12.
