Soccer Game Preview: Prairie Ridge vs. Hampshire

The Prairie Ridge Wolves are taking a road trip to challenge the Hampshire Whip-Purs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Prairie Ridge took a seven-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Richmond-Burton, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Wolves never let the Rockets get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Saturday. The result kept Prairie Ridge happy, as they haven't lost a game since March 20th.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Ava Gertz, who's now up to 11 this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hampshire, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past Larkin 3-0 on Saturday. Hampshire haven't had any issues with Larkin recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Prairie Ridge's record is now 4-1-3. As for Hampshire, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5-1.
