Volleyball Recap: Peninsula Comes Up Short

Peninsula lost against Woodrow Wilson back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Bruins. The shutout was out of character for the Panthers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Peninsula's defeat dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Woodrow Wilson, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season.

Peninsula will be playing at home against Mira Costa at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodrow Wilson, they will venture away from home to face off against Millikan at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
