Baseball Recap: Frostproof Bulldogs vs. Auburndale Bloodhounds
Frostproof was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They suffered a tough 13-1 loss at the hands of the Auburndale Bloodhounds. Frostproof was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Auburndale apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2022.
Frostproof saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joshua Brewer, who went 1-for-2 with a stolen base and an RBI.
Frostproof's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Auburndale, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-12 record this season.
