Volleyball Recap: West Aurora Takes a Loss

West Aurora's tournament run continued when they took on Niles West on Saturday. The Blackhawks fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 2-1.

West Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Niles West, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

West Aurora and Niles West should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Blackhawks will take on Bartlett at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (48 vs. 215). Meanwhile, Niles West (ranked 23rd) will meet Vernon Hills (ranked 128th) at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
