Basketball Game Preview: Colebrook Academy Mohawks vs. Lin-Wood Lumberjacks

Colebrook Academy has gone 9-1 against Lin-Wood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Colebrook Academy Mohawks will head out to square off against the Lin-Wood Lumberjacks at 6:30 p.m.

Last Friday, Colebrook Academy lost to Newmarket on the road by a 50-34 margin. The loss was the Mohawks' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Lin-Wood had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They skirted past Mascenic Regional 69-66. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Lumberjacks considering their 30-point performance the contest before.

Having lost for the first time this season, Colebrook Academy fell to 2-1. As for Lin-Wood, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Everything went Colebrook Academy's way against Lin-Wood in their previous matchup back in February, as Colebrook Academy made off with an 82-59 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Colebrook Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
