Woodlawn hit Owings Mills with a 11-run fourth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Golden Eagles took a 15-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Town's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Owings Mills, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.

New Town took their victory against Owings Mills when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 17-4 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for New Town since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
