Soccer Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Salem Hills Skyhawks by a score of 3-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grayson Orum and Sam Hodson scored both of Skyline's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Salem Hills, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyline will welcome East at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salem Hills, they will challenge Pleasant Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pleasant Grove will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Salem Hills surely won't give up without a fight.
