Softball Recap: Northtown Falls Short of Carmel in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Northtown can now relate to. They came up short against the Carmel Corsairs on Thursday, falling 24-1. The Pumas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northtown's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Carmel, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-9.

Northtown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Carmel, they have already played their next match, an 11-3 victory against Amundsen on the 30th.
