Greater Vision Academy extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Bradun Rogers. The Lions came out on top against the Fellowship Baptist Academy Eagles by a score of 68-61 on Monday for which the team can thank Rogers, who shot 71% from the field on his way to 28 points in addition to five assists and three steals. His big performance that evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Another player making a difference was Coyrick Cheek Jr, who went 6-for-14 en route to 15 points and four steals. Cheek Jr is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Greater Vision Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Fellowship Baptist Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Greater Vision Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Alamance Christian at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fellowship Baptist Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on New Life Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on December 2.
