Volleyball Recap: Williamston Triumphs + How To Watch

Williamston had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Chelsea Bulldogs on Wednesday, sneaking past 2-1. This was payback for the Hornets, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Chelsea's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

After both having extra time off, Williamston and St. Johns will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on September 4. The match will give the Hornets their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Chelsea, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against New Lothrop on the 27th.
