Lockport never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Lewiston-Porter Lancers with a sharp 17-0 win. The Lions' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The victory got Lockport back to even at 2-2. As for Lewiston-Porter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lockport will square off against rival North Tonawanda at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lewiston-Porter is set to face off against their familiar foe Grand Island at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
