Basketball Recap: Buffalo Takes a Loss

Buffalo lost against Lebanon back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bison fell 45-40 to the Yellowjackets. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lebanon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lilly Bradbury, who went 6-for-13 en route to 15 points in addition to eight boards and four steals. Bradbury's evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. MacKenzie Perryman was another key player, dropping a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds.

Buffalo's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lebanon, their victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buffalo will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clever at 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026. As for Lebanon, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Joplin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
