Bureau Valley came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] Spartans by a score of 2-0. For the Storm, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Bureau Valley easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21.

Bureau Valley's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge], they dropped their record down to 1-18 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Bureau Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Kewanee on the 4th.
