Rosamond and Kern Valley are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Roadrunners will venture away from home to challenge the Broncs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Rosamond made easy work of Boron and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Roadrunners in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now won five in a row.

Rosamond was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Kern Valley earned a 3-1 win over Frazier Mountain on Tuesday.

The victory didn't come easy: Frazier Mountain scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 17-25, 27-25, 25-20.

Rosamond's win bumped their record up to 17-14-2. As for Kern Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 11-12-1.

Rosamond couldn't quite get it done against Kern Valley in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Roadrunners avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
