Football Game Recap: Bassett vs. Magna Vista

The last time they met, Magna Vista were the 41-0 winner over Bassett. This time around? They had no such luck. Magna Vista fell to Bassett 6-13. If the result catches you off guard, it should: Magna Vista were the far and away favorite.

The loss dropped Magna Vista back to even at 3-3. The win bumped Bassett's record up to 1-5.

Next week Magna Vista take on George Washington at Magna Vista High School at 7:00 PM. George Washington have averaged 45.75 points over the course of their past three games, so Magna Vista might be in for a challenge. As for Bassett, they will face off against Tunstall. Bassett are catching Tunstall at a good time: Tunstall have scored fewer and fewer points over their past three games.
