After a string of 12 wins, Summit's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Franklin Admirals by a score of 1-0. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Summit couldn't quite close it out.

Summit's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 13-2. As for Franklin, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-1-1.

As of now, neither Summit nor the Admirals have any future games scheduled.
