Volleyball Recap: East Henderson Comes Up Short

East Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the R-S Central Hilltoppers. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Hilltoppers when the teams met back in September of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

East Henderson may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 20 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20.

East Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for R-S Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season.

East Henderson has already played their next contest (against Ashbrook), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for R-S Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Chase on the 13th.
