Brooke has gone a perfect 3-0 against North Marion recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Bruins are taking a road trip to face off against the Huskies at 5:00 p.m. Brooke is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.
Brooke will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up two runs on Monday, then bounced right back against Toronto on Tuesday. The Bruins put the hurt on the Red Knights with a sharp 18-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bruins, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Eden McKinney was a major factor no matter where she played. She pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. McKinney was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with four runs, two stolen bases, and one RBI. That's the most runs she has posted over her last 12 matchups.
In other batting news, Maggie Diserio was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Jazymn Wood was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Brooke always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Toronto only posted an OBP of .312.
Meanwhile, North Marion came up short against Morgantown on Monday, falling 9-2. The Huskies have struggled against the Mohigans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Brooke has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-16 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for North Marion, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.
Brooke came out on top in a nail-biter against North Marion in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, sneaking past 7-5. Do the Bruins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Huskies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
