Battle Mountain and Glenwood Springs are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but not for long. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a six-game winning streak alive.

Battle Mountain had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 28-26, 25-16, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Glenwood Springs got the win against Delta on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Demons have posted against the Panthers since October 28, 2017.

Glenwood Springs' win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Battle Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Battle Mountain came out on top in a nail-biter against Glenwood Springs in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Huskies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Demons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
