Volleyball Recap: Windsor Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Windsor had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Sherwood Marksmen on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

While Windsor was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-11.

Sherwood pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Windsor will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Otterville at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Sherwood, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Adrian on the 11th.
