Volleyball Recap: Rogers Wins Going Away Against Mountain Home

Rogers's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past the Mountain Home Bombers 3-0. The Mountaineers were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Bombers, so the Mountaineers were just returning the favor.

Rogers never let Mountain Home on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-21, 27-25.

Avah Brown paced Rogers' offense, picking up 11 kills. Brown got some help from Hannah Msall and her 20 assists. Sara Weaver controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Mountain Home lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lauren Rauls, who had 18 digs. Rauls is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 11 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Daelyn Harper, who had nine digs and three blocks.
