Trenton made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Dodd City, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Tigers blew past the Hornets 11-1 on Tuesday. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by six runs or more this season.
Landry Yowell was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Yowell was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024.
In other batting news, Wyatt Davis was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI.
