Shore Regional's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They really took it to the Ocean Township Spartans for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-24 victory. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Shore Regional's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kimi Sayson led the charge by putting up 17 points along with seven steals and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Coyle, who went 5 for 11 on her way to 14 points and six steals.

Shore Regional's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Ocean Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

Shore Regional will take on Mount St. Mary Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ocean Township, they will head out on the road to face off against Toms River East at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
