After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mona Shores, Union was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 47-0 victory over the Atherton Wolverines. The Red Hawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Atherton still got an impressive performance from Deavante' Deleon, who rushed for 147 yards on only 13 carries. Deleon's longest rush was for an impressive 66 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Union's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Atherton, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-5.

As of now, neither Union nor the Wolverines have any future games scheduled.
