Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Port Neches-Groves' Third in Last Four Outings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Brook, Port Neches-Groves was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 47-35 win over the Sterling Rangers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-25 back in December of 2024.

Port Neches-Groves is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-17 record this season. As for Sterling, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-21.

Port Neches-Groves will be playing at home against Port Arthur Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sterling, they will venture away from home to challenge Nederland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
