Soccer Game Preview: Omaha Westside vs. Creighton Prep

The Omaha Westside Warriors are taking a road trip to face off against the Creighton Prep Bluejay at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty goal totals in their previous games.

Creighton Prep will be up against a hot Omaha Westside team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Warriors never let Buena Vista get on the board and left with a 4-0 win on Monday. Omaha Westside's winning goal came courtesy of Everest Scherlizin.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Creighton Prep). They blew past Papillion-LaVista 5-0 on Tuesday. The matchup was close at halftime, but Creighton Prep turned on the heat in the second half with four goals.

Omaha Westside's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Creighton Prep, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-1.
