Soccer Recap: North Montgomery Takes a Loss

North Montgomery came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Benton Central Bison, falling 4-0. North Montgomery were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Benton Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

North Montgomery's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Benton Central, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

North Montgomery has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Greencastle on the 9th. As for Benton Central, they will be playing at home against Covington at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
