Football Recap: Weiss Wolves vs. Hendrickson Hawks
Weiss won the last time they faced Hendrickson and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolves put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 41-21 win. Considering the Wolves have won three games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Weiss' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaxon Schad, who threw for 237 yards and four TDs, and also rushed for 75 yards and one score on only seven carries. They were just one part of a punishing run game: Weiss was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 275 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2024.
