Basketball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a hard 36-21 fall against the Adamson Leopards. The Patriots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Leopards earlier this season, when they won 22-10.

Kemoria Davis was Jefferson's leading scorer, having posted 12 points. Ana Luviano held things down on the boards with seven rebounds.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Adamson, their win ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-17.

Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-21 loss against Hillcrest on the 31st. Adamson has also already played their next contest, a 42-12 defeat against Molina on the 31st.
