Basketball Recap: Hallsville Takes a Loss

If Hallsville was riding high fresh off their 57-34 takedown of Nacogdoches last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hallsville Bobcats were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 44-43 to the Tyler Lions. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Bobcats came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while the Lions are ranked 260th).
