Jameson Trainer's Rushing Yards a New Career-High
Starting off the list is Palmerton's Jameson Trainer, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Trainer made six total tackles, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.

Matt Bodnar II's big game helped extend Notre Dame-Green Pond's winning streak to four on Saturday.
