Volleyball Recap: Booker T. Washington Gets the Win

Booker T. Washington saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Orange Park Raiders.

Booker T. Washington's offense was headlined by Keeli Anderson and Sarah Quarells, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Emma Ward and her 29 assists. Finally, Quarells was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high six blocks.

Booker T. Washington's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Orange Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, Booker T. Washington and Orange Park will both be playing P.K. Yonge the next time they take the court. The Raiders will head out to face the Blue Wave at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
